The Consequences of Indecisions - Mike Oldfield

This is a 1981 Mike Oldfield album that I got probably around 1987.  I have always liked it, although the second side gets a little strange.  What's really odd, though, is that I can't find anything about it on any of the Oldfield sites, so there's not much else I can say about it.  I think it was an English version of something released under another name, but I can't nail down what.
