The Egyptologist - Arthur Phillips

Now this was a fun read.  The book is about a mystery concerning a 1920's archaeologist in Egypt.  It is told through a series of letters and diaries (same thing Bram Stoker did in Dracula, and always a favorite of mine for playing up suspense) and was a really enjoyable read.  Drags on for a while, but the characters are really interesting, and I liked the way it slowly seeps in on you what is really going on.
