List of Confirmed Witnesses for the Public Hearing on Proposed Amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure - Washington, D.C.
Back in July I posted on the "Duke Rules" package of federal rule amendments dealing with discovery, and noted that the first of the public hearings would be in DC in November. Well, that day is today, and here's the lineup of who's testiying regarding the proposed rules.
Again, these are proposed changes to discovery in federal courts being considered through the rulemaking process - as opposed to, for example, Congressional legislation or judicially-developed caselaw, both of which I've posted, updated, and tweeted about in the last week. Appears to be a hot topic.
