This week's Tyler status conferences with Chief Judge Davis resulted in Markman settings from January-April of 2014 and trial settings in June-September 2015, excluding several cases who were presumably added to earlier cases involving the same patent(s) which had trial settings in July and November of 2014. That's 27-30 months from status conference to trial, virtually the same as the 28-30 months at the November conferences (and taking into account that the status conferences now occur at the end of the month instead of the beginning). For comparison purposes, the trial settings at the last Marshall status conferences in December were 13-16 months.
