I am compiling a list of notable decisions in patent cases over the past year, but wanted to solicit readers' input as to which Eastern District decisions or trends in the Federal Circuit you think have been the most notable over the past year. Submissions which are used during our presentation get one (1) free Hub coffee mug.

So dust off your favorite opinion from the past year and send it in. Whether it's that order rockin' the AIA, slamming a party for discovery misconduct, Twiqballin' the plaintiff's complaint, or that extra special JMOL ruling that brings tears to your eyes because it just summarizes the law so well you won't have to open a casebook for months. Send them all in and we'll let our all star panel (well, except for Peter) opine on them.
