Judge Gilstrap got his first win at the Federal Circuit today, when a panel consisting of Judges Bryson, Moore and O'Malley denied a petition for writ of mandamus of a venue ruling in In re HTC Corporation and HTC America, Inc., Misc. Docket No. 130.
So RGIII may now be 1-1, but RGI is 1-0.
