Time to mark your calendars - the 2012 Eastern District of Texas Bench Bar Conference which will be held on October 24-26 at the Marriott Legacy Plano Center Hotel. This is the same hotel used in 2010.
This year’s format will focus on the theme of persuasion with a heavy emphasis on trial skills. It will have the traditional three track approach involving patent litigation, criminal litigation and general civil litigation.
No word yet on whether Judge Rader will reprise Deep in the Heart of Texas.
