My kids didn't draw California for their project, so I'll limit myself to the one reference.
This case is similar to the last one - still nine defendants and the plaintiff in Texas, but in this case seven were in California, as opposed to five, and transfer was sought to California, as opposed to New Jersey. Judge Davis granted this motion, finding that the defendants had shown that it was "clearly more convenient" for the parties and witnesses in the Northern District of California.
