I have to recognize and congratulate Baylor quarterback and grad student Robert Griffin III for receiving the Heisman Trophy over the weekend. (In a related item, Tyler lawyer Andy Tindel reports that RG III made a pretty good witness in a mock trial competition at the law school recently - avid sports readers know he's interested in law school after he finishes graduate school and this football thing that seems to be working out pretty well for him so far).
