Defense win on infringement & invalidity in Judge Davis' court

Friday afternoon a Tyler jury in Judge Davis' court came back with a verdict for the defendants in Alcatel-Lucent v. Overstock & Newegg.com, 6:09cv422-LED.  The jury found that none of the five claims from three patents asserted were infringed by either defendant, and then found that both of the claims of one patent which were asserted to be invalid were both obvious and anticipated.  The defendants prevailed on every issue submitted to the jury.
