As I previously posted three months ago, this is the "no two bites at the apple" order in which Judge Folsom granted a stay pending pending reexamination after the defendants agreed to limiting the use of certain reexamination prior art.  The order details the considerations at issue and is good reading for those interested in why stays pending reexam are granted or denied. 
The original Westlaw cite has now been replaced by the  reporter cite, although now we have to explain to young lawyers what a "reporter" actually is (or was).  I actually have a F.Supp. in my office, but only as a memento - I ordered the one that had my judge's portrait presentation back in 1992.
