After a slow January, February is shaping up to be a busy month in Marshall for trials in patent cases. First off the mark is Rembrandt v. CIBA, 2:05cv491, which picked a jury in Judge Everingham's court Wednesday and started evidence yesterday. On Monday Judge Ward picks a jury in the Saffran v. Boston Scientific case, 2:05cv547, and Judge Everingham picks a jury in 02 Micro v. Rohm, 2:05cv211 (while continuing the trial in Rembrandt). Meanwhile over in Tyler it looks like Judges Davis and Love are busy with Markman hearings this week.
