Verdict for Microsoft in Computer Acceleration case

The jury in the patent trial pending in Judge Clark's court received the case around lunchtime today, and at 3:38 p.m. rendered a verdict for the defendant, finding that Microsoft did not infringe any of the two claims, and that both claims were invalid.
I'm on a short anniversary trip, so I'll provide the results (statistically speaking) next week.  Offhand I'd say the jury trial win rate is now down to 20% for a year, barely a third of the national average.
