Inequitable Conduct
hid the piece of art
cheated the examiner
attorneys' fees paid
"Benjamin" Smith (which just goes to prove that the people reading this weblog have absolutely no creativity when it comes to pen names)
I think that the author is more of a "Winston" instead of a "Benjamin." Winston just has distinguihed sound to it. Perhaps we could have a poll of the readers to select the "name" for the author.
