Magistrate Judge assignments

General Order 07-03, signed by Chief Judge Heartfield on March 9, 2007 reallocates the workload of the Eastern District magistrates in part to reflect the appointment of Judge Everingham in Marshall (effective April 1).  The current apportionment splits splits Beaumont evenly between Judges Hines & Giblin, Tyler evenly between Judges Guthrie & Love, assigns Texarkana, Marshall and Sherman to Judges Craven, Everingham and Bush, respectively, and splits Lufkin three ways, with Judge Guthrie taking the civil, and Judges Hines and Giblin splitting the criminal.
