Paper: "Rules to Worry About in Federal Court in the Eastern District of Texas"

This morning I am speaking at the Jefferson County Bar Association's Everything You Wanted To Know About Beaumont Federal Court seminar in Chief Judge Thad Heartfield's courtroom in, you guessed it, Beaumont.  The speakers include Dave Maland (Clerk's Office & Filing Procedures) Judge Earl S.
