The other thing I forgot to post on is the paper I did for the Center for American and International Law in Plano, Texas' 44th Annual Conference on Intellectual Property Law on the effect of eBay on district courts' decisions whether to grant injunctions last month. Since I left on my vacation the day before the seminar, I recruited a real patent lawyer, Mark Reiter from Jones Day (who looks more or less like the picture below, although it depends on the stage of the litigation) - to present the paper
