U.S. Magistrate Judge John D. Love was sworn in by Judge Leonard Davis at a ceremony in Tyler on Friday January 20, 2006. Judge Love was formerly chief staff attorney to Judge Davis, and replaces retiring Judge Harry W. "Pete" McKee.
